Inside The Role

As part of the Gastonia Parts Plant team, you are responsible for manufacturing parts. The candidate for this position will have a passion for process improvements, a keen eye to detail, and love numbers. Responsibilities

Operate saws, benders, drilling machines, punching machines, presses, grinders, riveters, overhead hoist, scales, tapes, rulers, go/no go gages and various hand tools. Follow instructions as outlined in operation sheets, set-up sheets and drawings. Jigs & fixtures, Henrob equipment, Huck equipment, laser weld cell, drill presses, small presses, grinders, squares, riveters, protractors, micrometers, vernier calipers, height gages, rules & wrenches. Interpret drawings, operation sheets, set-up sheets and relative paperwork.

Basic Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma (or equivalent) An attached resume Career readiness bronze or 3 years' experience The ability to perform all essential functions of the job Ability to work in a heavy manufacturing environment that requires the ability to lift, pull and push moderate to heavy equipment, tools and parts Ability to work any shift

This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s): Gastonia, NC US. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
