** Pay Rate: ** $18.00–$21.00+/hr DOE
** Schedule: ** Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + On-Call Availability

** Position Overview **

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to attract, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for our clients. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, communicates effectively in both English and Spanish, and has experience managing the full recruiting cycle.

** Key Responsibilities **

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and gather position requirements.
• Prepare, edit, and post job descriptions.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for a variety of positions.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting platforms.
• Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and in-person interviews.
• Assess candidates' experience, qualifications, and overall fit for available positions.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidates throughout the full recruiting and onboarding cycle .
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity.
• Build positive and professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Perform additional recruiting and administrative duties as assigned.

** Requirements: **

• ** Bilingual in English and Spanish required. **
• ** Full-cycle recruiting experience required. **
• Previous experience within a staffing agency and/or light industrial recruiting environment preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of job boards and social media recruiting platforms.
• Ability to conduct effective phone and in-person interviews.
• Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build professional relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
• Must be available for on-call responsibilities as needed.
