Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Your Role As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day. Your Responsibilities You are a people person. You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset. (We’ll teach you everything you need to know.) You are passionate about AE & Aerie products. Guests come to you for product details and you enthusiastically suggest items that fit their needs. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. You can adapt to any zone – sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, or stockroom – and flex between them as needed. You are an innovative problem solver. Making guests feel valued is your priority and you proactively resolve concerns while following company policy. You are a team player—always willing to assist your team in getting the job done. You act with integrity. You do the right thing and consistently adhere to AEO’s policies & procedures. You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop. You love AE and Aerie products. You have prior retail experience. You are at least 16 years of age.
