Demand Generation Manager

Demand Generation ManagerWe're looking for a strategic, data-driven Demand Generation Manager to own pipeline generation across the customer acquisition funnel. The Demand Gen Manager is responsible for generating new business marketing leads, moving them through the marketing funnel and converting them into sales leads. This role will own all the current Dynatron Demand Gen programs, including paid social, search, trade media, webinars, content syndication and will help develop new channels for lead growth. With a focus on marketing lead to sales lead conversion, this role will work closely with other Marketing team members to get the most out of all our programs.Demand Generation StrategyOwn Dynatron's demand generation strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels.Develop integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline aligned to revenue goals.Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels that improve lead quality and marketing efficiency.Continuously optimize channel performance through experimentation, measurement, and iteration.Pipeline Generation & Funnel OptimizationDesign programs that move prospects efficiently through the marketing funnel from awareness to qualified sales opportunity.Improve MQL-to-SQL conversion through thoughtful nurturing strategies and campaign optimization.Partner closely with the SDR team to improve lead quality, outreach sequencing, and conversion performance.Analyze funnel performance to identify friction points and opportunities for increased pipeline velocity.Cross-Functional PartnershipCollaborate with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets and landing pages.Partner with Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, and Marketing Operations to ensure alignment on messaging, lead quality, and campaign performance.Work with external agencies and strategic partners to expand campaign execution and accelerate testing.Performance Measurement & OptimizationMonitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all acquisition channels.Manage demand generation budgets to maximize return on investment.Track and improve key growth metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.Build a culture of experimentation through ongoing A/B testing and data-driven optimization.What You BringDemand Generation Expertise5+ years experience in Marketing Demand Gen in B2B high growth SaaSExperience partnering with outside agencies to accelerate testing and executionExperience with content syndication platforms, trade media, and association marketingExperience with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads & LinkedIn AdsFamiliar with traditional and digital marketing channels, content marketing and distribution platforms, and consumer analytics.Experience managing marketing campaign budgetsUnderstanding of lead funnels, comfortable using the language of ROI, ROAS, CACExperience with Hubspot requiredExperience with SFDC required, experience with SugarCRM preferredExperience with WordPress, basic HTML, Zapier, Typeform preferredKnowledge of the automotive industry a plus.Marketing Technology & AnalyticsHands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (SugarCRM experience is a plus).Strong understanding of marketing attribution, funnel analytics, campaign measurement, and ROI reporting.Experience managing paid acquisition platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising channels.Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM workflows, landing page optimization, and campaign analytics.Growth MindsetNaturally curious with a passion for experimentation and continuous optimization.Comfortable making decisions based on data rather than assumptions.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.High degree of ownership and accountability for business outcomes.Collaboration & CommunicationExcellent communication and project management skills.Experience partnering effectively across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success organizations.Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with content syndication, industry publications, and association marketing.Familiarity with WordPress, Zapier, Typeform, and basic HTML.Experience marketing into the automotive industry is a plus but not required.What Success Looks LikeGenerate qualified marketing leads through new paid, owned and earned channels to support our aggressive growth plansOptimize and expand existing channels to generate more leads, improve conversion rates and ROIIdentify and test new Demand Gen channels and programs that drive new leadsManage outside vendors who help execute specific paid advertising campaignsWorking with the BDR team to convert leads into sales meetings/sales leads, collaborating on sequence creation, lead tracking and performanceWorking with Marketing Ops to report on and identify areas for conversion improvementPartner with your other Demand Gen team members to coordinate campaign calendars, share insights, and optimize performance across channels.Measure, analyze, and report on demand gen channel performance and ROI.Continuously test and iterate to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity.Manage budget allocation across demand gen programs and channels.Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $115,000 -
