Field Family Support Leader — Crisis & Reunification
The JOY FM
The JOY FM is seeking a Family Support Manager for Southwest Florida Hendry/Glades (Field) to work directly with families in crisis through Better Together’s Better Families Program. You will assess needs, pair families with vetted volunteer hosts, and develop personalized plans to guide families toward stability and reunification. The role requires substantial field work, flexible hours, and travel across the community, with a focus on compassionate coaching and crisis support. #J-18808-Ljbffr The JOY FM
