For health-related onboarding, the following are required: COVID-19 Vaccine, Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), Varicella, Physical/Health Statement, and Tdap. On the professional side, required onboarding credentials include numerous forms and verifications such as the Trinity Conf. of Patient & Pty. Info. & System Security Agreement, Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form, Trinity Criminal Background Check, Trinity Education Verification, and a variety of other specific training and system access forms. Additionally, there is a requirement for License/Certificate Verification for both submission and onboard. The job listing also notes specific competence testing such as the Trinity Skills Checklist and Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing, both required for onboarding. The Order Requisition Reason is labeled as "Open position."
