Industrial Maintenance Technician

Atlas Roof & Wall Insulation - a Division of Atlas Roofing Corporation - specializes in the manufacture of quality engineered polyiso insulation, specialty products, and accessories. Atlas Roof Insulation & Wall Insulation products lead the industry in polyiso insulation boards and facer technology and performance in commercial and residential buildings. Atlas Roof & Wall Insulation is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the Diboll, TX. manufacturing facility.

- Troubleshoot and maintain various equipment such as conveyors, chemical pumps (both high and low pressure), gearboxes, chain drives, photo sensors, packaging machinery, saws, pneumatic and hydraulic controls, welding, fabrication, and more.
- Oversee and execute preventive maintenance tasks promptly and accurately, while also ensuring timely updates in the CMMS system.
- Coordinate team efforts to optimize inventory management, work orders, and other related functions within the CMMS.
- Promptly address machine downtime issues as they arise to support production efficiency and minimize operational disruptions.
- Industrial Electrical/Mechanical experience required.
- Experience with AC Drives, PLC's, and automation systems preferred.
- Minimum High school diploma or GED
- Diploma/degree preferred in related field.
- Any other work-related duties that may be assigned by the supervisor may include heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs.), deep bending, climbing, sweeping, shoveling and other cleanup tasks.
