We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative who can deliver a reliable, high-quality experience across phone, email, and chat while working in a fast-paced, remote environment. You are open to being coached by all members of the team, not just leadership What You’ll Own: Support patients and doctors across phone, email, and chat channels Resolve questions efficiently while ensuring a clear, professional experience Follow established workflows and processes to ensure consistency and accuracy Document interactions clearly to support follow-up, collaboration, and continuity of care Use sound judgment to resolve issues independently and flexibility when appropriate Maintain strong awareness of SLAs and prioritize work accordingly Experience You’ll Need: Prior customer support experience (phone, email, or chat) Experience working in remote or structured support environments is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple conversations at once Consistent reliability, including punctuality and ownership of scheduled shifts Attention to detail in documentation and task execution Comfort working in a structured environment with defined processes Adaptability in a fast-changing environment Why join Blueberry? 100% remote role Structured scheduling with consistent evening and weekend coverage (including alternating weekends) Mission-driven company focused on improving healthcare access *Expected hourly wage: $21 - 23 / hr depending on experience & location We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
