Job Type: Full-Time (Non-Exempt) – 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday - Friday

OXEN Technology seeks a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to manage IT hardware quoting and licensing renewals across multiple sales vendors. The ideal candidate is intrinsically motivated with strong critical thinking skills who can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining top-notch organization.

Position Overview: Procurement and Sales Support is all about the timelines, details and organization.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the Sales Teams ride or die (Professionally Speaking)
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes for IT hardware across multiple platforms and vendors
  • Manage and track licensing, warranties and hardware renewals for clients
  • Collaborate with vendors & internal teams to maintain pricing, inventory, and renewal schedules
  • Make sure OXEN’s magical margins stay intact within procurement processes

• • Support service team and procurement needs with vendor coordination

• • Keep communication flowing like a well-brewed cup of coffee – strong and consistent
• Always Be Improving
  • Spot inefficiencies and suggest smarter, faster ways to do things
  • Assist in developing and improving quoting tools and internal workflows
  • Create “how-to” manuals that would make even the most complex tasks seem like child’s play
    
• Team Player Mode: Activated
  • Collaborate with teams across Service, Sales, Finance – you name it
    
  • Escalate issues with grace and urgency

Qualifications – What you should bring to the table:

• Master multitasker with a calm, cool, collected vibe.
• Experience with ticketing systems (ConnectWise Manage) is a plus.
• Excels in a structured and deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in HubSpot Sales and Quoting platforms

• A tech-savvy individual who knows their way around PC components and IT environments.
• Previous experience in inside sales, purchasing, or quoting preferred but not required
• Familiarity with IT services, cybersecurity services, or MSP environments is a plus.
• Excellent communicator and problem-solver extraordinaire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail.

• Independent go-getter and collaborative team player in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Organized, proactive, and ready to roll.
