Requirements 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing Positive, can-do attitude Excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities Proven record in delivering results and managing conflict Strong employee relations skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Outstanding written, oral, and presentation communication Focus on internal and external customer service Demonstrates integrity, honesty, practicality, consistency, clarity, and a constructive approach Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
