Product Marketing Manager - Enterprise AI A fast-growing enterprise AI company helping organisations integrate AI agents into their workforce is looking for a PMM to join their team. Its platform enables large enterprises to automate workflows and manage AI-driven operations at scale. The Role The company is looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, product launches, integrated campaigns, and sales enablement. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll translate complex AI technology into clear messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers. This is an opportunity to join an ambitious business at the forefront of the AI market, helping shape an emerging category while building marketing processes from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for enterprise audiences. Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies from planning through execution. Plan multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline and measure marketing performance. Partner with Sales on enablement materials, strategic deals, and account-based marketing. Translate technical AI concepts into compelling customer-facing content. Build scalable marketing processes and collaborate across Product, Sales, and Marketing. Requirements 5+ years of B2B technology marketing experience. Proven experience in product positioning, launches, and enterprise sales enablement. Experience running integrated campaigns with measurable pipeline impact. Strong understanding of enterprise buyers and complex sales cycles. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Desirable: Experience in AI, enterprise SaaS, automation, or high-growth startups, with exposure to ABM and category creation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
