Information Technology Operations Engineer

Role- IT Operations Engineer Location- Issaquah, WA(Hybrid) W2 Contract Responsibilities: - Act as the onsite senior escalation point for infrastructure and application incidents. - Lead technical triage on P1/P2 bridges and coordinate with client platform and application teams. - Manage cross-tower handoffs between ITOC, NOC and SOC. - Drive problem management, RCA and recurring-issue elimination. - Work with client teams on alert tuning, monitoring coverage and runbook improvements. - Act as the onsite link between the client and the offshore ITOC team. Required skills: - Strong Windows/Linux, virtualization and cloud experience (GCP preferred; Azure/AWS acceptable). - Hands-on with Dynatrace, OpenText OBM, ServiceNow and PagerDuty. - Strong incident, problem and change management. - Excellent client-facing communication. Preferred certifications: ITIL v4 Foundation, Dynatrace Associate/Professional, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer. Signature IT World Inc
