Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Location

Cartersville, GA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Float within the facility as needed, within scope of practice
• Adhere to all facility compliance, documentation, and orientation requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend as scheduled
• Willingness to work major holidays as required per assignment schedule
• Full compliance with onboarding requirements must be completed within required deadlines prior to start date

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience welcomed; first-time travelers accepted
• Strong ability to adapt quickly in high-acuity, high-volume emergency environments
• Experience with specialty-specific modules and competency documentation
