About the Role:
Goffena Furniture, Inc. is looking for a motivated and organized Warehouse Manager/Customer Service professional to join our team in Sidney, OH. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with people, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain a clean, bright and efficient warehouse
• Receive, inspect and process incoming freight
• Assemble furniture and assist with moving heavy merchandise
• Coordinate and manage delivery personnel
• Answer customer calls and provide friendly professional service
• Diagnose furniture concerns and determine repair needs
• Order, receive and track replacement parts
• Schedule and complete furniture repairs

What we are looking for:

• Able to safely lift and move heavy furniture
• Have a clean driving record
• Self motivated, organized and dependable
• Comfortable working with customers and staff
• Strong communications and problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn, on the job training is provided
• Furniture, warehouse, delivery or repair experience is helpful but not required
