Registered Nurse - GI/Endoscopy Location: Northridge, CA Start Date: 04-21-2026 End Date: 07-21-2026 Contract Type: Travel Contract Shift Type: Variable days (primarily daytime), 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM; 8-hour day shifts with required call rotation (weekday and weekend coverage). Call shifts may include 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM; rotating/variable schedule including weekends and holidays. Roles & Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to patients undergoing GI/endoscopy procedures Assist with and monitor procedures such as EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, sigmoidoscopy and biopsies Perform bleeding control interventions and immediate post-procedure assessments Chart thoroughly and accurately in Cerner to maintain clear patient records Participate in call rotation, responding to weekday, weekend and holiday coverage as assigned Float to Short Stay when needed to support patient flow and unit needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes About United Health Care Staffing, Inc.
