Up to $150,000 + base salary (DoE), quarterly production bonuses, and bonus package. We have a robust surgical caseload and a loyal client base that trusts us with their pets' most important moments. We're a well-established small animal practice in Austin with a 75%+ client retention rate and an experienced support team that handles the noise so you can focus on medicine.
