The sales department is critical to driving demand and creating strategic partnerships across the industry.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCandidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.This role addresses the complex challenge of scaling artificial intelligence initiatives across Direct Sales operations to bridge technical capabilities with frontline business needs. Navigating a rapidly evolving landscape, the successful candidate resolves operational gaps by synthesizing qualitative feedback and quantitative data analytics, including call recordings and performance trends. Strategic roadmaps and prioritized project backlogs must be continuously aligned to ensure AI implementations drive clear return on investment while safeguarding the customer and agent experience.
