Since our trails were first carved in 1959, Tenney has been known for its old-school charm, 1,650 feet of vertical, and authentic New England ski culture.Your day on the mountain (key responsibilities)Ticket agents ensure courteous service, while helping guests with their individual needs.Agents work efficiently to conduct ticket sales transactions but are also responsive to positively answering or directing guest's questions and/or concerns.Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently.Your ticket to ride (position requirements)A professional and friendly personality is essential to this important service role.
