In this position you will monitor and assure compliance to State and Federal Rules and Regulations, FDA requirements, manufacturer contractual Adverse Event and Product Complaint clinical requirements and complete general Product Verification Checks./ppLocation: This position is onsite at our Whitestown, IN location. Schedule: This is a 2nd shift position Monday through Friday 2:30 pm -11:00 pm./ppEssential Functions/pulliProvide oversight and quality assurance to pharmacy technicians./liliReplenish automated counting equipment/liliPerform product verification of technician prepared items/liliAddress orders with patient specific special handling requests/liliDirect supervision of technicians working in all areas of the pharmacy/liliOpening, closing, and securing of pharmacy during production hours/liliFill liquid orders requiring pharmacist dispensing/liliMaintain quality and efficiency expectations/liliAdhere to all state and federal regulations surrounding pharmacy practice/liliTraining of other pharmacists and/or technicians in functions/liliBack up other pharmacists as needed, perform additional duties as assigned by management, or train less experienced pharmacists./li/ulpQualifications/pulliGraduate of ACPE Accreditation School of Pharmacy with a B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D, degree./lili1+ year relevant experience, preferred./liliCurrent resident pharmacist license in good standing./liliAdvanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues./liliGood oral and written communication skills./liliAbility to read and interpret prescriptions./liliStrong focus on customer service, quality and accuracy./liliAbility to manage timelines and meet tight client deadlines./liliAbility to adapt in a changing environment./liliAbility to work a flexible schedule for peak volume times./li/ulpThis position is work site dependent and can only be performed onsite at our Whitestown, IN location.
