Location: Odessa, DE Grade Level: Kindergarten Start Date: FMLA Coverage August 25th - November 13th Schedule: 8:35AM-4:10PM Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 (based on experience) What You’ll Do Provide therapy and intervention services to students Address expressive/receptive language and pragmatic skills Support students with behavior management needs as related to communication Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Caseload Details Typical caseload will be 50-60 students (10-12 students per day) If working in special programs, caseload will be 30-35 students Access to shared office space Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (MSLP) Experience with elementary and middle school populations strongly preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and cultural competence Why You’ll Love Working with AnthroMed Education Competitive weekly pay, pay during all school holidays including Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break!
