Aesthetic Nurse Injector (APRN) – Concierge Med Spa Pinch is looking for Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) in Virginia for a 1099 contractor role who are ready to grow in aesthetics and deliver treatments such as tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at‑home facials in clients’ homes. This is a unique opportunity to be one of our Founding Providers, representing Pinch in your local community. You will have the freedom to set your own schedule, choose your clients, and grow your practice with support from a nationally recognized brand. Pinch covers malpractice insurance, marketing, technology, and ongoing support, allowing you to focus on delivering high‑quality care while paying top‑of‑market rates for treatments and covering all overhead costs. What You Will Do Deliver safe, high‑quality aesthetic treatments—including tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at‑home facials. Complete required live neurotoxin injectables training. Participate in virtual training covering chemical peels, microneedling, skincare, and at‑home facial techniques. Treat clients both through Pinch marketing and your own personal network. Offer appointment availability that works for you, averaging 4‑24 hours per week. Manage products and supplies responsibly. Maintain accurate and timely client records. Follow Pinch protocols and best practices. Collaborate with fellow Providers and the Pinch team for support. Use Pinch marketing tools to retain clients, complete patient outreach, and grow your business. Requirements Active APRN license (required). Certification in injectables or ability to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification (required). Excitement for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best. Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in growing your practice with flexibility.
