Registered Nurse (RN) - Manager, Clinic - $80K-100K per year

Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) Manager, Clinic – Canonsburg, Pennsylvania Job Overview We are seeking an RN Manager to supervise field staff and coordinate patient care plans for a clinic setting. The role requires 40 hours per week, shift 8 hours, full-time staff. Responsibilities Provide supervision and direction for field staff and act as liaison between field and office staff. Manage the POD’s Clinical Field Staff, assign tasks, set objectives, and establish measurable goals. Develop and engage staff by fostering a motivating work environment and rewarding strong performance. Monitor clinicians via HCHB reports and update Clinical Record as needed. Evaluate and address customer concerns, document and resolve issues. Communicate with sales personnel about customer issues that may affect referral sources. Evaluate client episodes to determine appropriate discharges or recertification and initiate orders. Review staff schedules to assure productivity and provide projected productivity to Clinical Manager. Qualifications Minimum of two years experience as a Registered Nurse in home care or applicable setting. Minimum of one year of management experience preferred. Associate’s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing. Successful completion of a drug screen (including medical and recreational marijuana) required before employment.
