Coordinate employee health services, including pre-employment screening and immunization tracking. Perform surveillance, outbreak investigation, and data-driven reporting with clear dashboards. Maintain regulatory compliance and prepare for audits with thorough documentation. Provide staff education on infection prevention, PPE, and safety protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement corrective actions and improve metrics. Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to infection prevention and employee health. Manage vaccination programs and exposure management for employees, including incident follow-up. Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead quality initiatives. Serve as a subject-matter expert on infectious diseases relevant to the workplace. Participate in risk assessments and develop control measures for high-risk areas. Experience/Qualifications RN license and active infection preventionist certification (CIC) required. Lead hospital-acquired infection prevention programs with data-driven improvement plans.
