Order Selector / Cherry Picker
Location: Tracy, CA Schedule: Sunday - Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM $20 per hour Position Summary We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Selector / Cherry Picker to join our warehouse team in Tracy, CA. This role focuses on accurate order processing, inventory management, and safe operation of powered industrial trucks. Key Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders according to Supervisor or Group Lead priority
- Pick, pack, label, and receive shipments per SOPs and work instructions
- Operate picking carts and powered industrial trucks (including cherry pickers)
- Accurately document packing and shipping of hazardous materials
- Ensure inventory is neat, organized, and stored under proper conditions
- Report issues including missing items, damaged goods, expired products, or out-of-stock inventory
- Assist team members to maintain smooth operations and strong teamwork
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- General warehouse experience
- Cherry picker or powered industrial truck operation experience
- Familiarity with computers and scanning equipment preferred
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Must be able to stand and move constantly; frequent walking, and lift up to 45 pounds
- Regular, dependable attendance required
