Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Department

Inova Loudoun Hospital is seeking an experienced ED Nurse to support our team! Eligible nurses can earn sign on & relocation bonuses. This position is full time mid shift 10am-10pm, 3-12 hour shifts and has weekend and call rotation. It is a Joint Commission-certified Advanced Primary Stroke Center and an integral part of the trauma program at Inova Loudoun Hospital – Loudoun County’s only designated trauma center. Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities: * Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.

• Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.
• Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes
• Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.

Minimum Qualifications: * Experience: Requires a minimum of one year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting. * Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date. * License: Must be RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.

• Certification: BLS from AHA for Healthcare Provider certification required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to display a caring demeanor
