Division: Entourage Freight Solutions Location: Westerville Ohio Position Title: Customer Growth Specialist Position Summary The Customer Growth Specialist owns the day-to-day experience of our customers and plays a critical role in retention and expansion. This role ensures consistent execution, creates proactive visibility, and identifies opportunities to grow within existing partnerships. Success in this role means delivering an experience that makes customers want to stay and do more with us.
