DESCRIPTION

We're looking for an enthusiastic barista to join our growing team at The Human Bean!

Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service
Prepare and serve beverages to customers, in accordance with customer requests
Follow proper payment handling procedures
Keep location inviting and clean
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience as a barista is admired, but not required
Exhibit good manners, neat appearance, and proper personal hygiene
Ability to work flexible hours
An outgoing personality with good verbal communication and basic math skills
