Support Associate

Responsibilities Assist staff in providing clerical and administrative duties such as answering phones, taking messages, signing in consumers, and notifying staff of appointment arrivals. Provide administrative support to select units, including filing, photocopying, shredding documents, and escorting consumers to and from scheduled appointments within the building as needed. Position Requirements Maintain a consistent schedule. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with consumers and staff. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Lived mental health or SUD experience. Age 18 years or older. Must have a satisfactory criminal background check, driving history, reference check, and pre‑employment screenings. Preferred Peer related experience. Willingness to work flexible shifts. Salary Starting Salary Range $14.02 per hour.
