Assistant Store Manager

Ron Jon Surf Shop is seeking an experienced manager to join our winning team. Our store management maintains Ron Jon’s high standards of guest service and leadership of team members while maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, operational and facility management. Must have 1 year of Retail Management experience to be considered.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• 1yr management experience.
• 3-5yrs retail experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Stand and/ or move around for extended periods of time.
• Reach, carry, bend and climb ladders occasionally.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
