FASTSIGNS #62001 is seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Sales Specialist to join our team. This individual serves as the first point of contact for our customers, helping businesses bring their branding and marketing ideas to life through custom signage, graphics, and visual communication solutions. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, solving problems, managing multiple projects, and providing exceptional customer service while driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Consult with customers to understand their signage, branding, and marketing needs.
• Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, and sales orders.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and existing customer projects to maximize sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the production process.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
• Assist with showroom organization and presentation.
• Help achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, inside sales, or account management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and CRM/order management software experience is a plus).
• Ability to learn signage products, materials, and production processes.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in the sign, print, graphics, or marketing industry is preferred but not required.
