Your pipeline, your residents, your relationships, your responsibility.You'll be the Assistant Property Manager, working directly alongside the Property Manager as their second in command. Your primary focus will be leasing, but you'll also help keep the entire property operation running smoothly.You won't be talking people into anything. You'll be genuinely helping them find a home. Listening. Following up. Remembering what matters to them. And when it's time to decide, they'll choose you because the trust is already there.From day one, you won't just be leasing. You'll be training to become a Property Manager. Learning how the operation runs. How decisions get made. How residents, maintenance, and daily challenges are managed. You'll be involved, not just watching from the sidelines. Because when you're ready, and we're talking 12 to 24 months, the next role isn't a maybe.
