Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Management Analyst to join the 737 Program Integration SCMA team in Renton, Washington. As a Supply Chain Management Analyst (SCMA) at Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), you will leverage data analysis and strategic insights to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement across our supply chain. Successful candidates will possess skills in data analysis, forecasting, and supply and/or demand troubleshooting. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you will analyze trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations that support our mission to deliver world‑class aircraft. Be part of a team that shapes the future of aviation! Position Responsibilities Incorporates change and planning decisions to arrive at optimal solutions. Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain. Analyzes complex material requirements. Verifies and incorporates Bills of Material/schedules into a production plan. Determines part number attributes and initiates, coordinates, and authorizes the release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability. Ensures on‑time delivery. Documents and resolves order delinquencies. Reports schedule adherence issues. Develops and controls inventory plans. Optimizes inventory levels. Analyzes and dispositions excess inventories and initiates audits. Develops and creates schedules for products and services. Assists in developing estimates and schedules for new business proposals. Implements and maintains process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for materials management to improve SCM performance. Works under general direction. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) 2+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes. 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). 2+ years of experience working with an industry ERP system or an equivalent such as SAP. Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally 10‑20% as needed. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) Level 3: 5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field. 3+ years of experience scheduling and ordering inventories/supplies. Shift 1st shift. Summary pay range (Level 2): $75,650 – $102,350. Summary pay range (Level 3): $91,800 – $124,200. Export Control Requirements This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.
