Our organization is in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN physician eager to join a well-established and collaborative team of OB/GYN specialists.

• Competitive base salary starting at $340,000 , with opportunities for additional production and quality bonuses from the outset.

OB/GYN Practice:

• Join an established practice from day one that welcomes 32-35 new patients each month. We offer a flexible four-day work week in the office along with dedicated surgical time—currently, there is no robotics program.
• Outpatient facilities are situated in Morris (on the main hospital campus), Channahon (providing ancillary, primary, specialty care, and advanced cardio and imaging services), Ottawa, and a multi-specialty site in Diamond-Coal City.
• In-office procedures include, but are not limited to, LEEP, cryotherapy, colposcopy, vulvar biopsy, Nexplanon, IUD insertion, ultrasound/US-guided biopsy, and hysterosonogram. Urology and GYN/ONC referrals are available.
• Collaborate with an exceptional employed group that supports one another and has an outstanding reputation, including Dr. Douglas Toussaint, Dr. Andrea Chen, Dr. Victoria Ochoa, Dr. Mary Fitzgibbon, Dr. Leticia Setrini-Best, Dr. Yahaira Aramburo, and Heidi Miller, APRN.
• Experience a 1:5 call schedule at one hospital with a call stipend of $450 per day. Our Level II Perinatal Center Family Birthing Suite features a dedicated operating room, eight LDRP rooms, and four NST/Triage rooms, with anesthesiologists and pediatricians available at all times. On average, there are 50 deliveries per month among OB/GYNs , totaling around 600 births annually, including a significant number of high-risk pregnancies. OB/GYNs are required to reside in Morris and maintain a 20-minute response time.
• We have a tertiary partnership with Loyola University Medical Center for mothers and infants needing higher-level care, as we are a Level II Perinatal Care Provider with strong referral connections to MFM at Loyola. Candidates must be comfortable managing high-risk obstetrics. Our obstetrical nursing staff is highly trained to care for mothers and infants throughout labor and post-delivery. Classes are available for expectant families.
