Bilingual Office Specialist 2 (Health Centers Behavioral Health Clinic) Job ID: 108283 Location: Milwaukie, Oregon Full/Part Time: Full Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Job Posting Closes: 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time) on Monday, July 6, 2026 Compensation Annual Pay Range: $55,196.86 - $69,738.95 Hourly Pay Range: $26.54 - $33.53 Bilingual English/Spanish skills are required. Additional 5% of base compensation is added to pay. Responsibilities Client registration and check‑in, including verification of insurance and explanation of fees. Answer phone calls, screen inquiries, schedule or cancel appointments, and relay client messages. Process payments, generate receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records. Assist clinicians with data entry in electronic health records (EPIC) and troubleshoot related issues. Support front‑desk operations: greeting visitors, mail routing, faxes, and intake packet preparation. Maintain composure in stressful situations and provide excellent customer service to a diverse population. Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of office support or related experience. Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. Minimum one (1) year of front‑desk or receptionist experience. Minimum one (1) year of customer‑service experience. Minimum one (1) year of accurate data entry. Minimum one (1) year of handling high‑volume calls and walk‑in visitors. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations. Preferred: Experience in behavioral health or primary care settings, EPIC or similar EMR, and client intake/registration processes. Benefits (selected) Health, dental, and vision insurance.
