Caregiver or Home Health Aide

CaregiverAs a Caregiver at Executive Home Care, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential personal care and assistance to our clients in the comfort of their homes.You will be part of a compassionate team dedicated to improving the lives of individuals in need. If you are a caring and dedicated individual passionate about making a difference, we invite you to join our mission.Responsibilities:Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene. Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.Medication Reminders: Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules. Support clients in managing their medication routines.Companionship and Social Interaction: Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team. Document care provided and any notable observations.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.Compassionate and empathetic attitude.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.If you are passionate about providing personalized care and making a positive impact on the lives of others, we would love to hear from you!
