Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member

Telemarketer Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our insurance products and services through outbound calls. As an inventive and sales-minded professional, we are eager to incorporate your skillset into our agency.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information.
- Follow up on leads generated from campaigns or referrals.
- Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions.
- Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.
- Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Licensing must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and Health Insurance.
- Our office is located in Colorado.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
