Location: St. Louis, MO Gonzalez Companies is a partner managed firm that provides comprehensive Planning, Design, and Construction Management Services to large and small Water, Sewer and Utility Districts; Departments of Transportation; and municipalities. As we have recently expanded into the Ohio market, we are currently seeking a Civil Engineer - Water/Wastewater to help serve our connection of clients and community. Responsibilities Provide water engineering design services, which include everything from helping clients with water treatment plant upgrades to replacing lead service lines. Provide wastewater engineering design services, which include everything from retrofitting wastewater treatment plants to correcting effluent exceedances. Apply standard practices and techniques in specific situations, adjust and correlate data, recognize discrepancies in results, and follow standard office procedures through a series of related detailed steps or processes. Draft reports, prepare plans, assist with specifications and make preliminary equipment selections. Work with clients to get data or share information. What you\'ll need Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Must also have obtained your Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification. Minimum of 3-7+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering projects.
