Sales Manager Oklahoma City, OK What are we looking for At Cosentino ( we are looking for a Sales Manager located in Oklahoma City, OK who will work in a multinational environment, growing challenging projects. What you will do As a Sales Manager, you will develop, manage, and grow Cosentino's commercial, Builder, and retail sales divisions, promoting product awareness and acceptance across interior and exterior applications. You will act as the client’s main point of contact, helping them reach their goals and ensuring a continued, profitable relationship. Actively identify, pursue, and increase sales and brand loyalty by calling on architects, designers, fabricators, builders, developers, and related contractors, while coordinating with the Cosentino Sales Team. Develop and execute strategies to increase and reach short- and long-term sales plans for stone surfacing products within the territory. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients in remodeling, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders, and fabrication. Customer Service Ensure customers have marketing materials (samples, brochures, display towers, etc.) to support sales. Manage customer relationships by resolving concerns, setting up CRM entries, providing price quotes, scheduling visits, etc. Increase market share with more displays and point-of-purchase materials in the territory. Account Management Manage account reports, own sales budget, and maintain discipline to stay within sales and expense budgets monthly, quarterly, and annually. Assist with corporate account rollout programs regionally when required (travel may be necessary). Coordinate and promote Cosentino surfacing products with universities and associations, developing relationships with leaders and students. Business Development Represent Cosentino to the community in construction and design industry, hosting and attending events for ASID, IIDA, AIA, HBA, and other associations. Develop relationships with builders, architects, designers, fabricators, contractors, developers, and property managers to schedule appointments and meetings. Maintain constant awareness of markets and pursue profitable opportunities to grow the business. Commit to continual learning of Cosentino products and application requirements for customer satisfaction. Work with General Manager and Sales Team to execute business strategy for all customer segments. Evaluate, negotiate, close, and execute contracts for materials and services, positioning in model homes, design centers, and showrooms. What you need to succeed Professional Experience 4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience 2+ years of commercial, Builder & K&B sales experience Stone fabrication or distribution experience Experience with Customer database – Salesforce preferred Knowledge Communication: Oral & written; ability to interact with multiple levels of the commercial industry Capacity to develop industry workshops or events Academic Background Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field What we do offer You will join a company with an international mindset, presence in 100+ countries, and innovation with products such as Silestone®, Dekton®, and Sensa by Cosentino®.
