Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.Position SummaryThis position is responsible for in-home crisis assessment/diagnosis and crisis intervention services to children, adults, and families, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided for after-hours and weekend coverage. Treatment services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), community and telehealth.* This role will primarily involve face‑to‑face assessments.LocationChisago, Pine, Mille Lacs, Kanabec, and Isanti, as well as to members of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe.ScheduleOn-call four 12 – hour shifts monthlyMinimum QualificationsClinicianMaster 's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must be currently LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensureClinical TraineeMaster's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must have/be currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensurePreferred QualificationsExperience delivering either in-home or crisis services and experience.Electronic Health Record systems and telehealthCanvas Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.
