The Licensed Insurance Salesperson plays a vital role within the sales team, focusing on servicing existing customers while actively marketing insurance products to new clients. This position primarily involves phone sales, requiring strong communication and negotiation skills to advise customers on policies and secure new business opportunities. Responsibilities
- Service existing customers to maintain strong client relationships
- Acquire new customers through targeted marketing and outreach
- Market insurance products effectively to meet customer needs
- Advise customers on suitable insurance policies tailored to their requirements
- Negotiate sales to close deals successfully
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
