Program Control Analyst

As a full-time Sr. Program Control Analyst, the candidate will manage financial analysis and program control for multiple contracts, ensuring compliance with federal contracting requirements while working remotely or onsite in Arlington, VA, and Annapolis Junction, MD. Key responsibilities Review contract terms and ensure compliance with financial clauses during project implementation Establish and maintain cost/schedule baselines and monitor program revenue and resource planning Provide variance analysis and develop reports to communicate project status to management and stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years or Master's degree with 3 years of project control experience Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, Cobra, and Unanet US Citizenship with current Secret security clearance Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills in financial contexts
