Safe Future Financial Group is seeking an experienced
Marketing & Recruiting Specialist with a background in
life insurance and annuity sales . This is an excellent
opportunity for a motivated professional who understands
the insurance industry and enjoys building relationships,
recruiting agents, and helping grow a successful financial
services organization.
Responsibilities
- Recruit licensed Life & Health insurance professionals.
- Develop and execute recruiting and marketing
- campaigns.
- Generate qualified agent leads through social media,
- networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through
- the onboarding process.
- Support seminars, educational workshops, and
- community marketing events.
- Assist with branding and digital marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective
advisors.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Life Insurance and Annuity
- sales required.
- Strong understanding of indexed annuities, retirement
- planning, and insurance products.
- Experience recruiting insurance agents is preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building
- skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.
- Experience using CRM and social media marketing
- platforms is a plus.
