Project Coordinator-Patio Cover & Screen Room

Residential Construction Coordinator – Patio Covers & Screen Rooms Midtown Home Improvements is seeking a Residential Construction Coordinator to support and oversee key aspects of our patio cover and screen room production operations. We are a veteran- and family-owned home remodeling company with more than 35 years of industry experience, recognized for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate on-site measurements for residential patio covers and screen rooms to ensure proper ordering and installation Coordinate and schedule installation crews for patio cover and screen room projects Manage purchase orders, permits (when applicable), and related project documentation Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and inventory tracking Conduct quality control inspections to ensure completed projects meet company standards Provide professional, face-to-face customer service throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to final walkthrough Work closely with sales, production, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to customer expectations Requirements Demonstrated hands-on experience measuring and coordinating residential patio cover and/or screen room projects Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction or home improvement Knowledge of aluminum structures, screen systems, and outdoor living products preferred Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record #J-18808-Ljbffr Midtown Home Improvements Inc.
