Your Role in Our Vision

• Executing comprehensive evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic examinations, and crafting personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions in partnership with physicians or autonomously, as your credentials allow
• Providing education for patients and their families about wellness, disease prevention, and management strategies
• Prescribing necessary medications and therapies within the scope of your practice
• Engaging in patient follow-up and chronic care management
• Cooperating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, integrated care
• Ensuring thorough and precise documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or capability to obtain within 90 days)
