Business Systems Analyst

JOB TITLE: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
**TOP 3 SKILLS:** BSA, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Partner Operations

LOCATION: Remote

DURATION: 1 Year

RATE RANGE: Market Rate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The BSA will be embedded within the Partner Experience team and responsible for the following:
Requirements gathering, documentation, and user story authoring across Salesforce Partner Experience features
Process mapping - current-state and future-state documentation for partner-facing workflows (onboarding, deal registration, portal access, program management)
Stakeholder alignment across Alliance Operations, IT, Sales, and Channel teams
UAT planning, facilitation, test case review, and defect triage oversight
Sprint backlog grooming and story-readiness reviews with the engineering team
Supporting go-live activities including, stakeholder communications and cutover planning

QUALIFICATIONS:

Requirements gathering, documentation, and user story authoring in a Salesforce context
Process mapping, gap analysis, and current-state / future-state documentation
Stakeholder management across business, product, and engineering teams
UAT planning, facilitation, and defect triage oversight
Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, or PRM processes
Proficiency with Jira or similar project tracking tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills - must be able to produce clear, audience-appropriate documentation
Legally authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification
Experience in partner operations, channel sales, or alliance programs
Familiarity with agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog grooming
Ability to translate complex business processes into clear technical requirements for a Salesforce development team
Experience supporting go-live activities including stakeholder training and change management
Background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or channel-heavy organizations

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated.
