Drop/Count Team MemberThe drop & count team member is under the direct supervision of the Drop Team & Count Manager. Incumbent will assist in the daily clearance of slot machines and soft-count in an efficient and secure manner in accordance with the procedures and policies of Lucy Star Casino.Requires morning, afternoon and evenings. Monday through Sunday. Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval by the D/C Manager.Essential duties and responsibilities include:Ensure all gaming machines are dropped.Ensure Table games (blackjack/poker) are dropped.Soft count of gaming machines and table games.Keep all equipment in working conditionMust exhibit STAR treatment to all customers and co-workersOther duties as assigned by Drop and Count Manager/SupervisorPhysical job requirements include:Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting and pulling.Hand and finger dexterityHand and eye coordinationStanding for long periods of timeMust be able to move objects up to and exceeding 30 lbs. with reasonable accommodationsCannot be color blindCasino environment (exposure to cigarette, cigar, pipe smoke, bright flashing lights, loud mechanical noises and crowds)No allergies to cleaning soaps detergents or other specified cleaning chemicalsQualification standards include:Must pass pre-employment drug testMust maintain valid Cheyenne-Arapaho Gaming LicenseExperience working in an environment such as an assembly line where repetitive action, grasping small objects from a moving line and accountability for a defined amount of production in a specific period of time.
