Homeside Rehab is seeking compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide individualized, evidence-based speech therapy services to patients throughout New York City's five boroughs . Responsibilities Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals. Provide evidence-based therapy for speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, feeding, and swallowing disorders, when applicable. Deliver skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes while promoting functional communication and overall progress. Complete accurate, timely, and compliant electronic documentation. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, teachers, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate patient care. Educate families and caregivers on home programs and strategies to support continued progress. Communicate effectively with office staff regarding scheduling, patient updates, and clinical needs. Qualifications Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist License (Required) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, where applicable Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, Early Intervention, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently in a home health setting Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation Reliable transportation for home visits preferred Position Details Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem Compensation: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Schedule: Choose your own hours Monday through Friday Day and evening shifts available Weekend availability optional Service Areas We are actively hiring throughout all five boroughs of New York City , including: Bronx Brooklyn Manhattan Queens Staten Island Cases are assigned based on your preferred coverage area.
