We're urgently hiring outgoing and motivated Canvassers to help with lead generation and local outreach in Mentor, OH, and surrounding cities including Chardon and Madison. No sales experience? No problem! We offer paid training and real coaching to help you succeed and grow your career.

What You'll Do:

• Connect with homeowners through friendly, door-to-door neighborhood outreach
• Introduce Window Nation's premium window and door solutions
• Follow proven talking points and presentations provided during training
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
• Deliver exceptional customer service while answering homeowner questions professionally

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of work experience
• Comfortable walking and standing outdoors for extended periods, with or without accommodation

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Background in canvassing, customer service, retail, event marketing, field marketing, lead generation, door-to-door outreach, or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence engaging with new people and starting conversations
• Positive attitude and a team-first mentality

Standard Schedule:

• Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Schedules may vary periodically based on business needs, seasonal demand, and weather conditions.
