In this role, you'll shape the positioning and messaging behind our products, build the tools our sales team relies on to close deals with confidence, and help drive successful launches as new products come to market. You'll work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to translate what we build into a story that makes skills-based hiring and Return on Talent Investment click for the people who need it most.If you're passionate about working in a dynamic, fast-growing company — with cutting edge technology, smart colleagues, and opportunities for development — come grow with us!In this role you get to:Develop clear, compelling positioning and messaging for Harver's products and new feature releasesBuild and maintain the sales enablement toolkit — battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers — that helps our sales team tell our story with confidencePartner with Product to understand roadmap priorities and translate technical capabilities into customer-facing valuePlan and execute go-to-market activities for product launches and updates — including webinars, data sheets, and customer communications — coordinating across Marketing, Sales, and Customer SuccessConduct competitive analysis and market research to keep our messaging sharp and differentiatedTrack and analyze launch and campaign performance to continuously sharpen our marketing strategySupport content creation — case studies, web copy, interactive assets, product pages — that communicates our value clearly to prospective customersTrack and share industry trendsWe're looking for people who have:2–4 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related B2B marketing role, ideally in SaaSStrong writing and storytelling skills — you can turn technical capability into clear customer valueExperience building sales enablement content such as battlecards, decks, or one-pagersA track record of partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teamsThe ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience in talent acquisition, HR tech, or people analytics(Preferred) Writing samples or a portfolio of past product marketing content, such as customer stories or launch materials(Preferred) Experience at a smaller or resource-lean companyPssst… you don't have to check all the boxes to apply!The benefits of working at Harver:As a global company, our benefits vary by location.
