Join the First National Bank of River Falls' (FNBRF) team as a Loan Documentation Specialist!
Process routine to complex loan documentation for commercial and consumer loans ensuring alignment with loan structure and pricing, and compliance with policy and regulation through analytical thinking, decision making, and collaboration with Lenders. Advise Lenders of necessary documentation. Book and activate loans on our core processing system, assist with loan closings, and process paid off loans and satisfaction agreements while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Collaborate with department leaders and peers to grow efficiencies, leverage existing technology, and embrace industry best practices in our fast-paced loan department. Assist in improvement projects and training peers. Our team of experienced, approachable lenders are eager to work alongside you. Who's right for the job?
A driven, friendly individual experienced in commercial and consumer loan documentation preparation. Proven analytical reasoning and decision making skills with a keen eye for detail are imperative. You must enjoy helping others. And, your desire to exceed customer expectations is vital to our mission and success too.
Required qualifications?
High school diploma or equivalent and previous commercial and consumer loan documentation preparation experience is required.
Hours?
Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm. We strive to provide scheduling flexibility to our employees!
